Bruce Hobart has been an outstanding member of our team since 2022, serving as our dedicated Field Representative. With a background in Business and Economics from King University, Bruce brings a wealth of knowledge and a rich professional history to his role. He takes care of all our signage needs and maintains a constant presence in the field, ensuring our properties are impeccably presented and highly visible.

Bruce's career spans several decades, marked by significant achievements and leadership roles. As the Managing Member of Capstone Advisors, LLC he specialized in the sale of small to mid-sized businesses and consulting on development opportunities for student housing at major universities. Before that, Bruce was the President of The Hobart Companies, Ltd., where he led real estate development projects, including suburban office buildings and student condominiums.

In his role as Field Representative, Bruce's extensive experience and professional acumen are evident. His exceptional interpersonal skills make him a favorite among clients, who appreciate his reliability, approachability, and genuine enthusiasm. Bruce excels at building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring our clients' needs are always met with the highest standards of service.

In his free time, Bruce dedicates himself to the West Virginia Shoe Mission, an organization he founded to help the children of McDowell County. This mission began in 2014 when Bruce, moved by the sight of children without proper footwear, started fundraising to provide new shoes for the neediest children in the Big Creek District. Over the years, his efforts have garnered approximately $42,000 in donations, resulting in 1,400 pairs of new shoes for children. Bruce personally shops for each pair, ensuring they are hand-picked for each child, and delivers them to McDowell County himself.

Bruce’s dedication to his work and his proactive approach to problem-solving ensure that every detail is meticulously managed, from the installation of signs to their maintenance and removal. His hands-on expertise and attention to detail help maintain our high standards of service and enhance our clients' experience.
