How Mission works with HHHunt Homes buyers

Their team sells the homes. We work only for you, if you want that.

HHHunt Homes’s on-site team knows these communities and will work with you directly if you prefer. Want your own representation instead? We protect your registration on day one, walk the lot with you, press for incentives and closing-cost help, review the contract and design-center pricing, and inspect at pre-drywall and final. Because HHHunt Homes typically pays the buyer’s agent, this usually costs you nothing, confirmed in writing before you sign. Here are the pros and cons of having your own agent.

Transparency note. Mission Realty is an independent brokerage and is not affiliated with HHHunt Homes. HHHunt Homes does not pay to be featured here. If that changes, this line will say so.

Flagship communities

Is HHHunt Homes a good builder?

The questions buyers actually ask us, answered plainly.

Honest answers, builder-neutral. We keep these current through the monthly refresh.

Is HHHunt Homes a good builder?

HHHunt is one of the few top-10 builders here that is actually from Richmond, and it has the longest local track record of developing whole communities, not just building houses in them. That shows up in the amenities and the land planning at places like Charter Colony and Magnolia Green. Like any builder, the house itself is only as good as the crews and your inspections, so still plan on your own pre-drywall and final walkthroughs.

Can you negotiate with HHHunt Homes?

On the Smart Living townhomes and condos, expect firm base prices with incentives on closing costs, lender rate buydowns, and quick move-in homes. On the larger single-family and master-planned product there can be more room on lot premiums and options. We track what HHHunt is offering each month.

Do you need your own agent to buy a HHHunt Homes home?

No. HHHunt Homes’s on-site team will work with you directly, and many buyers go that route. You can also bring your own agent, and because HHHunt Homes, like most production builders, typically pays the buyer’s agent, having your own representation usually costs you nothing. We lay out the pros and cons of each path, and what each costs you at the design center and at closing, in a separate guide.

Did HHHunt build Wyndham and Twin Hickory?

HHHunt developed the original Wyndham and Twin Hickory communities in Henrico, which is part of why the name carries weight locally. Today it is actively building new sections and communities like Charter Colony, Magnolia Green, and The Pointe at Twin Hickory. If you are weighing a resale in one of those established neighborhoods against a new HHHunt home, that is exactly the kind of comparison we run for buyers.

Where does HHHunt Homes build in the Richmond area?

Across the region: the City of Richmond, Henrico (Glen Allen, Sandston), and Chesterfield (Midlothian and Moseley). Prices run from the upper $200s for Smart Living townhomes to the low $700s for larger single-family homes, so the right HHHunt Homes community depends a lot on which part of the region you want and what you want to spend.
