A Richmond real estate firm is expanding its bets on office space. Richmond BizSense reports that John B. Levy & Co. has purchased the Bridgeway Technology Center in Suffolk for $31.6 million and has also taken an equity stake in The Verve, an apartment community of nearly 300 units in Innsbrook.

Bridgeway Technology Center totals 261,000 square feet of office space in Suffolk, a city covered by its own local government, and the reported price was $31.6 million. John B.
