How we help

The model home has an agent. You can have one too.

The person who greets you in the model home works for the builder. Having your own agent is a choice, and here is what it does for you: we register you before your first visit, read the builder’s contract against the standard Virginia purchase agreement, push for incentives and closing-cost help, and schedule the pre-drywall, final, and eleven-month inspections a new build needs.

In nearly every community on this list the builder pays the buyer-side commission, so it usually costs you nothing, but only when we are registered first.
